All Dateolicious merchandise purchases are completed through our official Dateolicious TikTok Shop. Returns, refunds, and order disputes are handled primarily through TikTok Shop according to their policies.

How to Start a Return

  • Initiate your return directly from your TikTok Shop order in the TikTok app.
  • TikTok will provide the steps, eligibility details, and any return label instructions.
  • Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method used on TikTok.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report the issue through your TikTok Shop order as soon as possible so TikTok can guide you through resolution options.

Refund Timing

Refund timing depends on TikTok Shop’s processing and your payment provider. Once TikTok confirms your refund, your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
