1. About Dateolicious

Dateolicious™ is a lifestyle, entertainment, e-commerce, and online dating brand operated by Dateolicious Inc., part of The Romnus Group. We may offer apparel, accessories, candy and confectionery, seasonal gifts, entertainment videos, and digital dating services. Certain services, particularly the dating platform, may be subject to additional terms and community guidelines.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing orders or registering accounts. Dating services are for adults aged 18 and older. Minors must have parental or guardian permission to purchase where required by law. You may not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services fraudulently.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, prices, and inventory information, but errors or changes can occur. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Products may vary slightly from photographs, sell out, or be discontinued. We may correct mistakes and, where permitted by law, decline or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the applicable amount.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

By ordering, you confirm that your details are accurate and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed using Stripe; available methods appear at checkout. Orders may require verification and acceptance. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not always mean final acceptance. Taxes, shipping, and applicable fees are shown before purchase completion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock merchandise begins processing within 2–5 business days. Certain made-to-order and preorder products may require 4–6 weeks for production, as disclosed on the product page. Transit time is separate from processing time. Delays beyond our reasonable control may occur, subject to applicable consumer rights. Customers should provide accurate shipping addresses. 6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may qualify for a return request within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our published policy. Candy, personalized products, certain limited releases, gift cards, and used merchandise may be non-returnable, except where the law requires otherwise. 7. Candy, Chocolate & Confectionery

Review ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, and product details before consuming food products. Confectionery may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Heat and improper storage can affect chocolate and other sensitive products. Food products are generally final sale for change-of-mind purchases, subject to applicable legal remedies. Allow extra time for seasonal gifts.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers

Discount codes, free-shipping offers, and promotions may have expiration dates, minimum purchases, exclusions, geographic limits, and quantity restrictions. Unless explicitly permitted, offers cannot be combined. We may change future promotions or reject fraudulent use of promotional codes.

9. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Dateolicious names, logos, original designs, artwork, graphics, product concepts, and original website content are owned by or licensed to Dateolicious or the respective rights holders. Brand elements may include Dateolicious™, Dateoliciously™, Dateosutra™, and Dateolicious Girls and Boys branding. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without appropriate permission. Third-party trademarks and creator content belong to their respective owners.

10. Entertainment & Creator Content

Videos, creator profiles, commentary, biographies, and other media are offered for information and entertainment. Featuring a person does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, employment, or affiliation unless expressly stated. Content may include opinions, artistic interpretation, or estimates. We respect intellectual property rights and welcome legitimate correction or infringement inquiries.

11. Dating Platform & Mobile Applications

Our dating services help adults discover and communicate with other members. Separate account, subscription, community, and feature terms may apply and take precedence for those services. We cannot guarantee matches, relationships, compatibility, or the accuracy of member-provided information. Exercise care when communicating or meeting others; never send money or sensitive financial information solely on the basis of an online interaction.

12. User Accounts & Acceptable Conduct

Where accounts are offered, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Prohibited conduct includes impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful or infringing uploads, malware distribution, unauthorized system access, and abusive automated activity. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or material violations.

Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. Except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded, we are not responsible for independently operated third-party services.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital services are provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dateolicious is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, or services. Where legally permissible, aggregate liability relating to a product purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dateolicious against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from unlawful use of our services or a material breach of these Terms. This does not reduce rights that consumers cannot waive.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Please contact customer support first if you wish to seek an informal resolution. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives the right to bring a claim in an appropriate court.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. We will provide additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively eliminate rights under existing purchases.
